Service
The DM Design website and Messenger assistant help people ask about custom furniture, receive an initial price direction, view examples of completed work, and request a free measurement.
Estimates and orders
Automated replies and initial price estimates are informational and are not a binding quotation or order confirmation. Final scope, measurements, materials, price, payment terms, and delivery schedule are agreed directly with DM Design before work begins.
Acceptable use
You may use the service only for lawful enquiries about DM Design products and services. Do not submit malicious code, unlawful content, automated abuse, or information that you are not authorized to share.
Availability and third-party services
The service may change or be temporarily unavailable. Messenger, Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp are third-party services governed by their own terms and policies. DM Design is not responsible for outages or changes to those services.
