What this policy covers

This policy applies to the DM Design website and the Messenger assistant connected to the official DM Design Facebook Page. The assistant helps people ask about custom furniture, receive an initial price direction, and request a free measurement.

Information we receive

When you message DM Design through Messenger, we may receive and store:

• a Messenger page-scoped identifier and technical message-event identifiers;
• the messages and project details you choose to send, such as product type, dimensions, material, city, and budget;
• your name and phone number only if you voluntarily provide them for a callback.

How we use it

We use this information only to reply to your request, prepare an initial estimate, arrange a free measurement, and contact you about the furniture project you asked us to discuss. We do not sell this information. We do not use messages or form details for third-party advertising.

Storage and sharing

Messenger data is sent to us by Meta and is stored in a restricted business database used by DM Design. Access is limited to the business owner for customer-service and project follow-up. We keep information only for as long as it is reasonably needed to handle the request, maintain the conversation, or meet legal obligations.

Website measurement

We use Meta Pixel only after you explicitly allow measurement in the website controls. It may receive a limited record of page views, a click that opens WhatsApp, and confirmation that a request was sent through the website so DM Design can understand whether the site is effective. We do not send the content of WhatsApp messages, names, phone numbers, or callback-request details in these measurement events. You can withdraw permission at any time through “Measurement settings” in the site footer. Meta processes measurement data under its own privacy policy.

Your choices and deletion request

You may ask to access, correct, or delete the Messenger data associated with your conversation. Emaildmcraft111@gmail.comwith the subject “Delete my Messenger data” and include enough information to identify your conversation. After confirming that the request is yours, we will delete the associated Messenger session and lead data and notify you when the request is complete.
